CTO as a service
What is CaaS?
You developed your first roadmap for your connected enterprise, and now you realize that the design is difficult for the next stage of your organization?
Do you need someone with many years of senior technology leadership to help you meet with investors, stakeholders, to help you evaluate vendors, to do technical roadmaps and design, and maybe even code up your first business automation?
Do you want someone when you need them and not have to be tied to long-term contracts? Do you need to be flexible and only pay for what you need?
How it works?
Like working with AWS or MS Azure, or GCC, you only pay CTO as a Service (CaaS) when you use me. But, unlike engaging a major IT consulting firm, there are no long-term contracts that you get locked into. If you need me to work with your organization for 20 hours a week, then that’s what you pay for. If you want to keep me on a monthly retainer to meet with your IT team once a week or bring me to a meeting with investors, you pay us for the meeting. And, if you want to engage me more, you only need to pay for those additional hours. Some thing very similar to your lawyer or a chartered accountant.
