How to engage CaaS ?

Adaptability

One of the brownie about CaaS is that you can use my services as little or as much as you want. Need me for 1 hour a week to meet with your IT or leadership team? That’s fine. Need me for 10 to 12 hours a week to guide your Technical or IT Group? That’s doable too. Need me for a sustained fifteen days of my time investment for evaluating your existing rollouts’? Perfect! I can fit within your budget, and you do not have to commit to a 40-hour week as you would have any other consulting organization.

Kick Off Meeting

The initial Kick Off one-hour meeting, which is free of charge, might involve grabbing a cup of coffee somewhere around and discussing your needs and why you would need the services of CaaS. If you are outside of Nagpur, I can connect on Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet or any such platforms.

Confidentiality is the greatest asset that I have and for your peace of mind we may enter into a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for me to sign. This will enable us to have a frank discussion, and you can talk freely about your pain point zones.

After the kickoff meeting, if you express the desire to retain my CaaS, we will draw up a statement of work for both of us to sign. This SoW will detail the exact responsibilities for both parties during the work. We will also describe what deliverables will be handed off to you at the end of the work.
